Holland & Knight Advises on Transaction Named Houston-Based Industrial Distribution Deal of the Year

HOUSTON (May 2, 2025) – Holland & Knight's representation of Groupe AGF on its acquisition of Katy Steel Company earned the Houston-based Industrial Distribution Deal of the Year at the 2024 Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston's Eighth Annual Deal of the Year Awards.

The ACG Houston Deal of the Year event celebrates Houston's booming middle-market deal community, honoring the deals and dealmakers who drive middle-market growth and their success in generating job growth, capital formation and the advancement of meaningful business relationships in Houston.

Headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada, Groupe AGF is a leading supplier of steel fabrication solutions. Katy Steel is a supplier of fabricated rebar products, wire mesh and reinforced concrete accessories.
