Holland & Knight Advises Griffin Concierge Medical on Investment from Revelstoke Capital Partners

NASHVILLE (October 2, 2025) – Holland & Knight represented Griffin Concierge Medical, a full-service concierge primary care group owned by Dr. Radley Griffin, as the recipient of a platform investment from healthcare-focused private equity firm Revelstoke Capital Partners. The deal was announced on September 30.

The investment provides Griffin with the resources and strategic support needed to expand its concierge primary care model into new markets while maintaining its commitment to exceptional patient experiences. Additionally, it positions Griffin to attract top-tier physicians, enhance service offerings and continue setting the standard for high-quality healthcare.

Tampa, Florida-based Griffin is a full service, membership-based concierge primary care group that offers its patients primary, preventative and urgent care through a proactive approach that allows patients to develop relationships with providers.
