Holland & Knight Advises Everpath Management in Acquisition of Megawattage
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 4, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Chicago-based Everpath Management, a strategic investment firm, in its acquisition of Megawattage, a leading provider of commercial generator services and emergency-response power solutions across Florida, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii. The transaction was announced on December 2.
The partnership positions Megawattage for continued expansion, with a focus on scaling operations, broadening service coverage across the Southeast and maintaining outstanding reliability.
