Holland & Knight Advises Independent Sponsor EA Advisors on Majority Recapitalization of Safe Air Technology
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 18, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented EA Advisors (EAA), an independent sponsor, in connection with the majority recapitalization of Safe Air Technology, a premier designer and manufacturer of mission-critical HVAC systems for global data center and industrial sectors. EAA partnered with Milton Street Capital and Stephens Capital Partners LLC, both private equity firms, as well as David Ratcliff, Safe Air's founder and CEO, on the recapitalization. The transaction was announced on May 12.
With support from EAA and Milton Street Capital, Safe Air is well-positioned to scale its business to meet the needs of next-generation data center infrastructure.
Headquartered in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, EAA is a private investment firm focused on lower middle-market industrial services, manufacturing and technology companies. The team consists of experienced operators and investors with a broad network of resources.
