Holland & Knight Advises Zadar Labs in Acquisition of Fusionride

AUSTIN, Texas (February 12, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented Zadar Labs, a leading innovator in 4D Software-Defined Imaging Radar (SDIR™) systems for safety and autonomy, in its acquisition of Shanghai-based Fusionride, a leader in automotive and mobility perception technology development and manufacturing. The transaction closed on February 9.

The acquisition expands Zadar Labs' reach into high-volume markets, including automotive and mobility, robotics and industrial applications, while accelerating the company's ability to deliver high-quality, certified sensors at scale through established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) manufacturing partners.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Zadar Labs is a leader in high-performance 4D imaging radar technology for safety and security in the mobility and infrastructure markets. Fusionride was a subsidiary of Shanghai Fosun High-Tech (Group) Co. Ltd. and has development centers in London, Munich and Shanghai.
