The Federal Trade Commission Is Regulating Artificial Intelligence: A Comprehensive Analysis

Consumer protection attorney Anthony DiResta co-authored an article featured in The Journal of Federal Agency Action about the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) steps to regulate artificial intelligence (AI) as the technology develops and companies increasingly incorporate AI solutions in their platforms.
