Holland & Knight Represents Imperial Dade in Acquisition of The Ohio & Michigan Paper Company

CHICAGO (August 21, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging supplies and janitorial supplies, in its acquisition of The Ohio & Michigan Paper Company. The acquisition was announced August 21. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Ohio & Michigan Paper Company, headquartered in Perrysburg, Ohio, is a premier distributor of industrial and janitorial products throughout the Midwest.   

Jersey City, New Jersey-based Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in North America.
