Holland & Knight Represents Imperial Dade in Three Recent Acquisitions
CHICAGO (July 10, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging supplies and janitorial supplies, in its recent acquisitions of Lovan Industries, Triple F Distributing and Atlantis Packaging. The Lovan Industries and Triple F Distributing acquisitions were announced July 5 and the Atlantis Packaging acquisition was announced July 7. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Jersey City, New Jersey-based Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in North America.
Lovan Industries is a leading distributor of industrial and janitorial supplies throughout Dallas, Texas, where it is headquartered. This marks Imperial Dade's first acquisition in Dallas.
Pearl City, Hawaii-based Triple F Distributing is the market leading distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, janitorial supplies and sustainable packaging servicing each Hawaiian island. The acquisition marks Imperial Dade's entrance into the Hawaii market.
Headquartered in Chino, Calif., Atlantis Packaging is a premier distributor of industrial products throughout Southern California and the United States. The acquisition allows Imperial Dade to add scale in Southern California.
