Holland & Knight Advises On-Site Stress Relieving Services in Sale to Industrial Thermal Services

HOUSTON (May 7, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised On-Site Stress Relieving Services (OSR), a regional leader in post-weld heat treating (PWHT) and stress relieving, on its sale to Industrial Thermal Services (ITS), a leading provider of industrial heat treatment and specialty services. The transaction was announced on May 7.

The sale, supported by Amberjack Capital Partners, strengthens ITS' national footprint, adding OSR's locations in Houston; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Topeka, Kansas. ITS expands to 10 nationwide locations and gains additional team members.

Headquartered in Baytown, Texas, OSR focuses on on-site post-weld heat treating of pressure vessels, welded structures, field fabrications and piping using portable electrical heating and combustion heat treating equipment.
