Holland & Knight Advises SkyKnight Capital on Growth Investment in Force Electrical Services
MIAMI (October 29, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised SkyKnight Capital L.P. in connection with a growth investment in Force Electrical Services, a leading provider of electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure services for the power end-market across the South-Central U.S. The transaction was announced on October 22.
The investment will provide Force Electrical Services with the resources and capital to expand its footprint, invest in its employees and set new standards for quality, safety and reliability in the power infrastructure industry.
