Holland & Knight Advises NetLaw in Strategic Partnership with Conditor Equity
NASHVILLE (December 10, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised NetLaw, a legal technology platform powering attorney-led estate planning for wealth advisory firms, in its strategic partnership with Conditor Equity, a private equity firm focused on financial and professional services and related technology. The investment supports continued expansion of NetLaw and Hargrove Firm, its affiliated national estate planning law practice. The transaction was announced on December 9.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, NetLaw powers Hargrove Firm's delivery of estate planning services to wealth advisory firms collectively managing more than $250 billion in client assets.
