Holland & Knight Advises Venture Life Group on $28 Million Acquisition of FemiClear and CUROXEN from OrganiCare Nature’s Sciences
NEW YORK (June 3, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented Venture Life Group (AIM: VLG), a United Kingdom-based consumer self-care company focused on proactive healthy longevity, in its acquisition of FemiClear and CUROXEN from U.S.-based OrganiCare Nature's Sciences, for up to $28 million. The transaction was announced on June 3.
OrganiCare focuses on providing natural, clinically effective alternative pharmaceuticals. The acquisition establishes a scaled presence for Venture Life in the U.S. women's intimate health market, expands the company's product offering into high-growth gynecological treatment categories and provides access to a $700 million U.S. feminine treatment retail opportunity.
Venture Life has a core portfolio of high-growth, high-margin products that promote and support consumers' goals of maintaining health and longevity.
