Corporate M&A Partner Emma Dowell Joins Holland & Knight in Tysons
TYSONS, Va. (September 3, 2026) – Holland & Knight continues to strengthen its market-leading Corporate, M&A and Securities Section nationwide with the addition of Emma Dowell as a partner in the Firm's Tysons office. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Dowell was with an international law firm.
Ms. Dowell advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions and corporate governance matters. She has particular experience in government contracting, technology, healthcare services, and sports and entertainment transactions. Ms. Dowell is the 19th private equity-focused partner Holland & Knight has recruited this year.

Ms. Dowell earned a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.S. degree from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
