NASHVILLE (July 7, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Lightwave Dental in a majority investment by affiliates of private investment firm Lindsay Goldberg in partnership with Lightwave Founder and CEO Justin Jory. The deal was announced July 5, 2023.
