Holland & Knight Advises Springbuk in Sale to Truven
TYSONS, Va. (September 12, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Springbuk in its sale to Truven by Merative, a leading portfolio of healthcare analytics and real-world data solutions and a portfolio company of Francisco Partners and Morgan Health. The transaction was announced on September 10.
The acquisition of Springbuk by Truven combines Truven's healthcare analytics portfolio with Springbuk's Health Intelligence Platform, strengthening its ability to deliver actionable insights for employers. This move significantly broadens Truven's reach into the small- and mid-market employer segment while enhancing tools to control rising healthcare costs and improve employee well-being.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Springbuk is a leading health intelligence platform for employers and their advisors.
