Holland & Knight Advises Uplift Investors' Orion Legal MSO on Partnership with Bottaro Injury Lawyers

NEW YORK (July 27, 2026) – Holland & Knight's Legal Services Transactions Team represented Orion Legal MSO, a managed services organization (MSO) that supports plaintiff law firms, on its partnership with Bottaro Injury Lawyers, a personal injury firm that practices across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Orion Legal MSO is owned by Darien, Connecticut-based Uplift Investors, a business model-centric, middle-market private equity firm focused on services investing.

The partnership supports the continued expansion of Orion's national platform, building on its existing partnerships with Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers, Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers and, most recently, John Foy & Associates.

Orion will provide Bottaro Injury Lawyers with non-legal operational support services – including marketing, finance, technology, talent and administrative infrastructure – designed to enable attorneys to focus on their clients and legal outcomes. Bottaro Injury Lawyers continues to be 100 percent lawyer-owned.
