Holland & Knight Advises Basalt Infrastructure Partners in Acquisition of Mr. Bult's, Inc.

ATLANTA (August 3, 2026) – Holland & Knight advised Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP in its acquisition of Mr. Bult's, Inc. (MBI), the largest third-party provider of outsourced municipal solid waste transportation and transfer station management services in North America. The transaction closed July 31.

Headquartered in London, Basalt is an investment advisor to certain infrastructure equity investment funds focusing on mid-market investments in utilities, power and transport infrastructure primarily in North America and Europe.
