Holland & Knight Advises Sila Realty Trust on $1.3 Billion Sale of Data Center Portfolio
TAMPA, Fla. (July 23, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Sila Realty Trust, Inc. on the sale of 29 data center properties to subsidiaries of Mapletree Industrial Trust, a real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Exchange. The sale, which includes all of the data center properties owned by Sila, is valued at approximately $1.3 billion and was announced on July 22.
Sila Realty Trust, Inc. is a public, non-traded real estate investment trust headquartered in Tampa, Fla., that invests in high-quality healthcare properties and data centers. In addition to the data centers, the company owns 124 healthcare properties across the United States.
