Holland & Knight Advises SkyKnight Capital on Partnership with Apex Infusion
MIAMI (July 31, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented SkyKnight Capital L.P. in its strategic partnership with Apex Infusion, a leading omnichannel infusion services provider. Apex's clinician-led management team will retain a significant ownership stake and continue to lead the business. The transaction was announced July 24. The partnership is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required regulatory approvals.
The partnership will help Apex accelerate its next phase of growth as it evaluates opportunities for new market expansion, deepens relationships with health systems and payers, and continues enhancing access to high-quality infusion care through its omnichannel platform.
