Holland & Knight Advises PickTrace in Connection with Majority Growth Investment from Terminus Capital Partners

TYSONS, Va. (October 21, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented PickTrace, a leading provider of workforce management, labor compliance and operations technology for agriculture, in connection with a majority growth investment from Terminus Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on majority investments in B2B technology companies. The transaction was announced October 13.

The partnership positions Glendale, California-based PickTrace to accelerate product innovation, expand its platform, unlock new markets and advance its vision of becoming the core operating system for specialty agriculture.
