Holland & Knight Advises VITALSpace in Acquisition of B.I.G. Enterprises

STAMFORD, Conn. (April 15, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented SteelCell of North America LLC and its affiliates (collectively, VITALSpace), a leading provider of purpose-built modular environments and a portfolio company of Heartwood Partners, in its acquisition of B.I.G. Enterprises, a manufacturer of custom guard booth and protective enclosures. The transaction was announced on April 7.

The transaction significantly expands Baldwin, Georgia-based VITALSpace's modular solutions platform by increasing manufacturing capacity and broadening its reach across mission‑critical end markets, including government, public safety, healthcare and high‑security commercial environments, further strengthening the company's position as a diversified national provider of purpose‑built modular facilities.
