Holland & Knight Advises Madison River Capital in Strategic Investment in Nexus Power
NEW YORK (August 17, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented New York-based private equity firm Madison River Capital (MRC) in its strategic investment in Nexus Power, a manufacturer representative and provider of design, engineering, procurement and project management solutions for integrated high-specification power systems. The deal was announced July 30.
The investment will support Nexus Power's geographic expansion, targeted acquisitions in design engineering and overall team growth as the company capitalizes on accelerating demand for power infrastructure across data centers, utilities and industrial end markets.
